My priority date is Feb-2008, Hopefully it will be current by next 1~2 month. I0140 was filed with CP processing option. Just received the email from NVC for fee payment.
Question is should I go CP processing or change to OAS and apply for 485 as soon as priority date becomes current.
The think advantage of 485 application is I can get Work permit fr my wife.
CP or OAS route both are probably going to take same time.
