Re-affirmed petiton plz need ur help what will be Next step ???

i got 221g in june 21st , in the Delhi Embassy sent my petition back for revocation. My Employer / Attorney replied back to the queries (NOIR) as received from USCIS, and finally it got Re-Affirmed from the USCIS on oct 17th.
My Question is

1) What is the Follow up Procedure.
a) Do i need to take new Appointment to visit Embassy@ Delhi?are any consulate
b) What are the probable docs to be carried 2

In how many days you got reaffirmation after your case was opened for review? Also how many days it took them to reaffirm after responding to NOIR?

On your question, what I know is USCIS will send there response back to DOS and then DOS will send the information to the Delhi embassy. Delhi embassy will then contact you for either another interview or will ask you to drop passport. Good luck!
