Hi All,
I have a question on having my labor filed through my new employer. The resume that my initial employer submitted to file my first H1 is somewhat different in terms of skillset and experience than the one that I have have presented for having my labor filed. My resume was changed for marketting purposes. I have asked my new employer to file it under EB2 as I qualify for this category.
Will the DOL check my current resume with the one that was originally filed? What are the chances that I could put my GC in jeopardy because of this?
I would truly appreciate any opinion and/or suggestion. Thank you in advance.
Mohan.
