I ported my EB3 I-140 with Nov, 2004 priority date to EB2. EB3 I140 was approved from Nebraska Service Center and EB2 I140 was approved from Texas Service Center. I called up USCIS two weeks ago, opened a Service Request and asked for interlinking my I-485 which was applied with EB3 I140 to EB2 I140.
Today I got this email:
Good afternoon,
Your files are at the Nebraska Service Center. I have forwarded your request to the Nebraska Service Center, NCSC Follow up.
My wife's I-485 is filed at TSC using my latest Eb-2 I-140.
What should I do next? Should I call NSC and get a confirmation? Should I take a infopass to verify this? Will my wife's I-140 also be transferred to NSC?
