Is anybody who has the same situation?
My case is EB3
priority date sep.25/2007
After RFE send out march 25, we received letter, that my case I-485 was transferred to National Benefits Center.
Anybody knows what is go in on???:

I forgot to add I-140 was approved at Apr/2007 FP was done twice

Couple of days back i recieved email from saying "Your case has been set up for Standard Interview at the NBC" I haven't recieved the hard copies yet.

Gurus can some one say what can we expect at this interview?

There never mentioned anything about case transfer to me. All i had was a soft lud on 4/27 . woke up yesterday and saw emails from cris about the interview

As posted in another thread, a friend of mine with similar situation got his case shifted to NBC and when he went for the interview they said your case is approved and you are going to get your GC in 30 days.
So I hope the same is going to happen with you. CONGRATULATIONS in advance.

my case was transfered Apr/13 and from that time no news, but anyway thanks for good news.

Just got phone call from my friend, who received today transfer to National Benefits Center. Also I-485 filed in Nebraska. Looks like Nebraska is doing something.
