I heard h1 extension process nowadays take 2-4 months. I'm considering premium option, couple of friends who recently applied thru premium got 3 RFEs within a month, wondering whether premium processing increases chances of more scrutinizing? Please share your recent experience.

PS: I work for a consulting company thru employer-vendor-client layer. Client will not provide reference letter in future but already got vendor letter.

i don't think so. I got my 3yr extension this April. Another colleague got his extension in Aug. both of us had premium processing and E-V-C model.

Its a different story when you go for stamping. Same colleague has stuck in 221g when he went for stamping in Oct.

good luck.

My lawyer said the chance are higher for trivial RFEs with premium processing. May or may not be true, but that is his opinion. He thinks since they need to give response back in specific time, they try to get more time by sending an RFE. Please who have recently filed for Premium processing should tell us if its true are not. I am pretty sure my lawyer is not saving money for my employer.
