Does H1B renew require crime background check

I am from Washington State. I recently got a charge for Malicous Mischief (3rd degree). This case is agreed to be a SOC (stipulated order of continuance). I will need to apply to renew my H1B working visa pretty soon. Would this incident impact my H1B renew?
