I'm on H1, I filed my 485 in summer of 2007. I have EAD for past two years, I'm working with same company who filed my GC, now my client is offering me full time position as they can no longer continue me as a contractor/consultant. My company has no issues with me moving to my client.
Question: 1) Is it safe if I move to EAD, with me and my wife working on EAD's.? What's the big risk here? What are the chances I will to have face that risk? I mean what percentage of people who are moving to EAD facing any issues with their 485's?
2) If my 485 is cancelled/rejected, what would be my status? What would I have to do to continue working?
3) I have to go to India for a month after I move to my client as employee..How is the experience with port of entry for people who are on EAD with Advance Parole?
4) Last but not least, can you suggest me attorney for my AC21 (do I need attorney for AC21?) or for helping me further in case of any issues with 485.
