I am way past my 6th yr and my employer has filed for my GC..My labor and i-140 are approved and its on EB3. My latest H1 expires in Dec of 2013. Coupe of questions :
1. Is there any option that i can port to EB2 staying with the current employer ?
2. If not what options do i have if i want to change employers ?
3. How would the new employer file for my H1 extension ? Would they apply it based on the existing labor & i - 140 and when that expires, how would they extend it ?
4. Should i have the new employer apply for my GC and should they have a approved labor & i-140 for later h1 extensions ?
