My PD is current now.
My Place of Birth is Pondicherry. I tried with so many source to get BC or Non-availability of Birth certificate. Since my birth was not registered and hospital did not have any records of my birth, Pondicherry government is not issuing BC. Also my parents are unable to show proof that they lived in Pondicherry.
Local authorities of Pondicherry do not have process to provide the non availability letter too. They are suggesting to file case in local court and municipal authorities will respond to court order. I think it might take long time.
My GC lawyer is not ready to file my AOS without BC or NABC.
What other option I have? Please advise.
