Wife EAD lost - how to renew

My wife is not yet working but looking for a job. Her EAD is going to expire in Sept 09. So we started her application of renewal. But we found out we have lost her EAD card. Copy of EAD card is required for renewal. So wondering what our options are? We do have the mailer in which EAD is sent.

Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
