Hi All
Can any one share there knowledge , if a staffing firm can be used for AC21.
The offer letter of a staffing firm (Like a big US based Vendor) uses the word "Contract Employee" in there offer letter.
Its not exactly a full time job. , but does not have a time limit to it either.
It clearly mentions about the job being actually at the client side.
As such these companies can be quite big and have 1000's of employees.
Can any one share there experiences.
Thanks in advance

It will contradict the whole idea of future employment. GC is future empolyment. The idea is you will work fulltime with sponser employer after you get GC. Ask you vendor to remove the term contract employee. Ask him not to mention the term atall.

USCIS might request you or your lawyer to describe more about the term "Contract Employee" . What is the duration, contract etc?

If you are invoking AC21 i suggest you let USCIS request Additional Evidence. Still then go ahead and work with your vendor. Once USCIS issues RFE then you can ask ur employer/Vendor to issue exact offer letter with similar details on ur labour.

Hope this information make you comfortable.
