Filed AC 21 after 180 days, previous employer out of Business, nothing on record.
No bankruptcy filed or closed with any public notice, out of operation.
I have filed my I 485 with Employer A, where I have worked for 4 years and Joined Employer B in 2010 and when my date became current I got an EVL from employer A and filed my 485.
I intend to join employer A after my green card is approved but they are out of business and thats why I have file AC21 with my current employer.
Now my I-140 is essentially invalid, what are the repercussions on my case.
