Dear Gurus,
I have recently changed my employment and have transferred my H1b to another company (direct full-time employment).
My wife appeared for her H4 visa back in May 2011 (based on my previous petition from old employer) at Delhi consulate, and was issued a 221(g). We submitted documents in June and later on received a letter from consulate that the visa is refused under 221(g). Later on the status on USCIS website for my old petition changes from "Decision" to "Post decision Activity", saying that they have received a request to review my case.
Now since I have joined another company, I want my wife to re-appear for her H4 visa.
Do you think I have to withdraw my old H1b petition and/or her H4 visa application, before she go ahead and re-appear for her H4 visa based on my newly approved petition?
Your help in this matter will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
