We are traveling to India in a couple of weeks and just realized that my wife's passport would expire in less than six months. Our return date is Jan. 22nd, her passport expires on June 2nd and her H1B visa expires on July 27th. The link below says India is one of the countries in the six-month club, i.e. those that are not bound by the six month rule. However, it also says that passport should be valid for six months beyond the period of intended stay, which we can't fulfill as her visa expires after the passport. We would appreciate any guidance on the above. Thanks.
