Advice needed: AC21 and travel on Advanced Parole (AP)

My I485 was filed on July 2007 and I changed jobs this year in March. I am scheduled to travel to India on AP. Here is my question:

1. Do I need to inform USCIS about my using the AC21
2. What are the documents that I need with me at the port of entry
