Dear All,
Facing a peculiar situation here. Am currently on an assignment on L1A. Employer initiated GC processing more than a year back. Lawyer recommended EB1C, but after I provided all the documentation, sat on the same and did not move. Recently - my employer fired the laywer and assigned a new one on my case. Application is not yet filed.
In the mean time, my current assignment has ended. Since my wife is working, I may have to reenter US on H4. What will be the impact on EB1C in case it gets initiated now in such case?
How should I go about processing this now?
Any responses that help shape the strategy will be particularly helpful.
