Documents required for H1B stamping

I am going for H1B stamping in New Delhi in December.
I saw the list of documents one have to carry for stamping on vfs website and need clarification regarding "Letters verifying your employment history and specific work skills".

What are these letters. I would appreciate a quick reply as I have my visa interview next week.

What do you think they are?? Letters written by employer which say your previous roles, titles and experience! The wording's can't be any clearer that.

these should previous employers experience/relieving letters.
