Current pay higher than the one mentioned in PERM labor

My current pay is almost double of what is mentioned on the PERM labor. I am on EB2 and will be filing 485 in Jan 2012. Will the pay difference create an issue in i-485 stage?

It should not create an issue. I was in a similar situation (although my pay was more like 25% more than the PERM certificate). The company attorney explained that the salary in the PERM certificate was the prevailing wage and my wage should be equal to or more than that wage (however, I filed my PERM in May 2006 - things may have changed now).

Did you ask your lawyer if that will cause an issue?

Your employement letter should say that you will be paid atleast the salary mentioned in PERM
