Hello Attorney`s..
I was current with Jan bulletin, while i am still getting ready to file my i485 myself. I have couple of questions and would appreciate your inputs.

a) Should i select option a) for my self and b) for my wife - for Application Type option?

a) Do i need to submit a separate letter to USCIS explaining my reason for AP (per Part 7)

a) Wife already has EAD (Opt -F1), I should put her details (question 11) rt?
Also, my dob certificate from India is registration date from Dec 2011, since i have lost my original one. Do i need an affidavit to support this?
