I140 Amendmant

Hi,

My company was taken over by another company. My priority date is current for Feb bulletin. My company's immigration team is promised to file I140 amendment and 485 together. I have two question regarding this


Can they file the I140 Amendmant in premium processing mode

What is impact or filing both of them together

My case is same. when we filled my I-140 amendment in premium processing USCIS did not accept that and return PP check.
I believe I-140 Amendment and 485 can be filled together.
In my case PD became current after filling of I140 amedment. Waiting for I-140 result.
