Hi forum,
Im currently under h1b (first 3 years) this h1b expires may 2012, my existing company is going to extend h1b using premium. My I-140 was submitted in aug 2011 (eb3) Nebraska and there's a good job opportunity I received in which new job outside company starts in April. I'm planning to transfer h1b once is approved, but concerned with my I-140, not getting approved on time and possible withdraw if i leave company which options I have?
