Hi, I am on an H-1B and am planning to shift to an H-4 dependent on my Husbands H1-B.
My husband is getting his H-1B transferred to another company after which I want to transfer to H-4. So we are waiting for this H1-B transfer. I am planning to go to India asap. Two q's
1) How long will his H-1B transfer take?
2) How complicated is my H-1B to H4 transfer? Can I leave the country before the transfer is done and get it stamped on my way back?
