hi i am new to this, i have a basic question and hope you can help me. i have been a woman from jamaica , i live in wisconsin, i asked her to marry me, well i have been told to contact a immigration lawyer and i did that and he told me it might take 6 months and cost me around 5000 dollars, well thats ok but then a person that i met that is from another country said i should marry her in jamaica then apply cuz its cheaper and faster, so do i do all the paperwork and marry her here in the states or there in jamaica, ? which is best, which is cjeapest and fastest. and what is my first step? ty
