My H1B expired Feb 2011, since when I have been outside the USA. I have my I-140 submitted, came back with RFE after we went premium processing, but the answers were sent back into USCIS. Once the I-140 is approved will my attorneys be able to use this to get my expired H1B extended while we work on the I-485? I am trying to get back into the US as soon as possible, and trying to find the best way. Any assistance would be appreciated.
