I have my H1B petition approved but I did not visit India after approval so I do not have H1B stamp on my passport. I wish to apply visitor visa for my father. Will there be any problem since I do not have H1B stamping on my passport? Please advice

No there will not be any problem.

Send your I797 approval copy (which already have your new I94 date), employer verification letter and recent paystubs.
