I-485 RFE response mistake

My wife's 485 got an RFE to submit the copy of the birth certificate. As a response to the RFE we submited:
1. Copy of the Birth certificate with no name.
2. Name endorsement certificate from municipality which indicates that the name cannot be added as per Law if the person is older than 15 yrs
3. Affidavits from father, mother and uncle.

My attorney did the following mistakes when responding:
1. Submitted the Affidavit from mother with no signature from mother. I asked the attorney to verify the content on these affidavits but he instead submitted the RFE response. The father's and uncle's affidavits has signature on them.

We mailed the RFE yesterday. We could not stop the delivery.

Can you please let me know what I can do now?
My attorney is saying that since two affidavits have signature on them it should be ok.
He is also saying that we can send another package with the corrected affidavits again.
Please let me know what you guys think.

I am sorry to hear about this.

I am also wondering, when you sent the mother's affidavit, you have not checked whether it has signature or not and I am seeing you are blaming the attorney that they sent the affidavit without signature

Send another one with a letter clearly explaining the mistake in the previously submitted documents. Dont wait for another 5 months to get another RFE.

Its a EB3 to EB2 case. Anyways if you have any advice for me on how to resolve this let me know.
