Hi,
I did my bachelores (Bsc Physics, Computer science) and had 8 years of experience when i joined my employer in US as software engineer
I have now completed 3 years and 8 months and got a promotion as Sr software engineer
I have the following question
1. Am i eligible for Eb2(my attorney is telling me that 3 yrs of experience would be counted against 1 year education and 2 years to some 1 year internship so i would be left with just 3 years(8-2-3=3) eduction before joining this employer which makes me apply through eb3)
2. I have spend 3 years in my current company and now i have got a promotion with job change so can i use this 3 years with my total experience and apply for Perm labor
