Hi,
My LC has been approved under EB3 and 140 was approved under EB2. I was not aware of this issue until recently. I have left the company long back and working on EAD now. I have more than 10 years experience in US with Bachelors. Can anyone suggest me if there is any way I can appeal and change this to EB2.
My present company doesn't file under EB2 for my position. EB3 to EB2 conversion with this company is ruled out.
Any suggestions are really appreciated.
