B2 visitor visa to h1b transfer

Hi all

I am an Indian Chartered Accountant (CA) and came to USA on B2 visa for writing CPA examinations. Now after completing CPA examinations , planning to transfer from B2 to H1B visa.If i got any an employer who is ready to sponsor H1.

1. Is there any facility to transfer from b2 to h1 while i am in USA and
2. If facility is there, what are the chances of transfer approval by USCIS.

please help me ....

There are only two ways you can get an H1 valid before 1st October 2012 either you apply through cap exempt or you are doing a H1 transfer

This is because, H1B quota is over and FY13 quota (Applications stating April 2012) applicants become eligible to work only in October 2012. There is no possible way you can stay that long on B1/B2 without hurting your H1B application
