Punjabi to English Translation - Birth Certificate

Hi,

My birth certificate is in Punjabi and will need to be translated to English for I-485 stage.
I know the translation is to be certified.

Can anybody translate it to English and certify it. I was thinking of asking a friend who is very fluent in both Punjabi and English to do it and then provide the certification.

Or will I need to get it done through a licensed translator.
Any recommendation for translation service (from Punjabi to English) in Bay area.
