Where to mail I-131 application pending AOS

I am trying to paper file for my AP document and would like to know where I need to send my application. I have a pending AOS at Nebraska (LIN) and the instructions on the form say that I need to send it to the Phoenix Lockbox. When I had filed it the last time in early 2010, I had sent it to Nebraska.

I would appreciate anyone who can let me know if Pheonix is the right place to send my application.

Yes, I sent mine last month to Phoenix for renewal and got the receipts.
