BO's & DEMOCRATS Admirer calls for action on CIR in 2013, is it becoz there's no muhurat for CIR in 2012 nor it was their since 2008 ??

Dont get excited. You are not thinking clearly.

Nobody is holding you or any H1B to live here like slave / thirdclass citizen. You are free (more than welcome by many) to go back to your home country and be a master and first class citizen.

You or anybody who wants to immigrate to US has to follow US Law and process. If you dont like the Law and Processes, join advocacy (IV or somebody else' or individual) and try to change the Law/Process. Successful or not...always follow the rules and Laws of the host country.

Your ideas of Satyagraha/Non coperation do not apply here since you do not belong here. Nobody is holding you in US against your will. US government and people dont care about you or any immigrant for that matter. They care about their country and their families (and rightly so).

Join the advocasy and SUpport HR 3012. Dont waste your's and other time on these forums.

Thanks for your reply.Many US Citizens do care about how the legal immigrants are treated and about our problems as we are future US citizens.Moreover The US Govt cares about Legal Immigrants at least on Paper and the Biggest Stakeholders of H1B is the Corporates and as you are well aware its not Democracy its OUT & OUT CORPROTOCRACY they mean business and only pure serious business with profits.Advocacy is good but please think what would be surely be the best way.
