Hi - I have a GC application pending with my employer -
PD - Oct 2007
EB3-I
I-140 Approved and have my own A number
I just filed as a dependent under my husband's EB2-I application since his dates got current.
I received my receipt notice and the PD is listed as 02/12/2012.
I am confused as to which PD they will consider - My PD (Oct 2007), My husband's PD (July 2009) OR this PD that they have listed??
Any insight is much appreciated

Tax act is the cheapest and best one in the market. It will ask you to upload last year tax return forms and W2 so they can pull your previous year filing.
TaxACT | Free Tax Preparation Software, File Taxes Online, Free E-filing (http://www.taxact.com/)
As per me TaxAct is the best and cheapest one in the market. Ofcourse it gives you options to key in your travel expenses, stock gain/loss, joint filing, multiple state filing, etc...

You will be considered as your husband's PD not yours..

Usually the PD on the dependent's notice receipt is same as the notice date so don't worry about it. The PD on the primary's is what USCIS goes by. We too had the same situation and I believe that's the practice.

Whatever is favourable for you that's what they go by. Multiple 485s are not recommended because it may complicate things a little bit. USCIS can reject one while approving the other or they may consolidate the files or they may ask you to withdraw the other. During this process, your approval may get delayed.

Your husband's PD would be the one.
For my dependents PD was listed as received date(Dec 2011) where as my PD was listed as Nov 2007.
It is primary applicants PD that matters.

...you will come across this one statement...
"Please note that if a priority date is printed on this notice, the priority does not reflect earlier retained priority dates."
Hope this clarifies your concerns.
