H1 Transfer Beyond 7 year plus

I am currently working at client Place as a contract basis on H1 with employer A. Now i would like to give full time to my client B.
Currently i am on 7th Year plus of H1B and recently applied for extension and got approved till 2014 as i have approved Labour and Approved I140 from my Current Employer who holds my H1.

1.) Is it possible for me to transfer my H1 to client B? ( Assume client B is ready for transfer..)
2.) On what basis client B would file my H1 as i am already in 7year plus...which is beyond 6 years limit.

How does this work...Can someone explain on this situation...

Doesn't matter as long you have Valid I-140 approval with any of your previous employers, You will get 3 Yrs on H1 Transfer
