Delayed I485 processing. Need advice!!

how long does it take to get GC once you have been current?

I had applied for my I140 and I485 concurrently in July 2007.

I became current in Nov 2011. I have still not received any confirmation about the process. I have called the USCIS multiple times with no response to the status.
My case is in Sacramento CA office. Can someone please tell me what the timeline would be to get the GC.

I am currently on EAD that expires in August 2012 and i need to know if I have to extend the EAD for a year more.
