Can I140 Amendment- Successor in Interest be filed PP

My company was an independent business unit of Fortune 500 company. Due to reorg, that division was Acquired and became independent pvt company.

I had approved I140 with fortune 500 company. Can my new company file for I140 amendment - Successor in Interest in Premium Processing?

My attorney filed 140 amedment (successor in Interest) application. Hoever USCIS has declined to accept it as premium processing as the original labor certification is contained in the original I-140 file.

Can we still file for I140 PP? as it has been in Initial Review for more than 5 months with TSC

Can anyone share their experience if they have filed Successor in Interest I140 amedment.
