Unable to track 485 case status online

A month has gone by sine I submitted my applications (485,EAD, AP) and there seems to be no signs of my FP appointment notice. I am unable to track my case status online nor am I able to get to a USCIS office via the Customer Service hotline.


In other forums I noticed some recent 485 filers mentioned that they are not able to track their case status online. Just wonder if this the status for all or only happening to some.

Yeah I saw few postings here and there. Thats why created this thread to see if significant people are facing this issue. Also we can know if there is any common thing, like service center, lock box, filing date, etc.

Its not about the current status. People can't keep calling customer service everyday to know their status. Also we miss the convenience of SMS/email when there is a status change.

Even though I am able to see my status online,,, but I can understand your problem and the pain of not seeing status online.

Can any of you are IV core member,, if yes could you bring this to notice of Pappu or some other?

or can we create some online petition to make every one aware of the issue?

Thanks folks. It is frustrating indeed. I think we should address this issue with the USCIS.
