I have recently joined another company after completing my contract with my previous employer. Both filed H1B visa for me and my previous employer also filed an EB3. Meanwhile, I've been trying to request my new employer to file an EB2 for me since I meet all the requirements for that category but it seems like they're not going to file any immigrant visa for me at all. I told them that I am willing to pay for all the expenses that will be incurred in the process through salary deduction.

I came here with my family and they are all H4 visa holders which will expire on September 2012. I need to know what my options are at this point.

Thank you very much!
