"AP travel " Filed by Future Employer

I am working with employer "A" on H1B status (Petition Valid till May 2013). I have valid AP with Future Employer "B".
Can I re-enter US using AP and work with employer "A".

Yes. You can come and work for employer A. Just make sure to work for B when you get GC

Thanks for the reply. Though my status as I enter on AP will be parolee but I can resume working with Employer A (Not My GC sponsor but H1B holding Company). Is that correct?

Please be aware that when you start using your AP through employer 'B' in entering to US your H1b status will be automatically lost, check with Attorney!
