Hi everyone,
Since PDs have jumped 2 years, my PD 2001 Eb3 has become current .I have 2 questions, what are the requirements of I140 filing as I am going to file both I140 and 485 together.
Secondly..I have h1 approval till Oct5, 2007 and also passport stamped(vancouver) till Oct5, 2007. The question is that I do travel out of country often and if I file for H1 extension(hopefully last) does it matter whether I travel outside the country because my pasport is stamped till Oct5, 2007.
I had heard something about validity problem for H1 extensions if one has to travel but since my passport was stamped, I am not sure. Please throw some light!

I do know that after Oct5, 2007 I won't be able to travel until I get another stamping done.
