Hi,
i'm a master's student with a finance degree. I am joining a new firm (employer not consultant) that has asked me to provide documents for processing h1. TIll now I had been working with 2 consulting firms on IT project related to finance and my study.
Do I need to provide any document proving consultant/employer relationship for my past firms or that my work was related to finance? I have an initial invitation letter from my most recent client and my contract with the consultant shows the duration of my project. Is this useful?
What documents, if any required, should I be providing to avoid any potential RFEs?
Thanks
