No movement for EB2 India per recorded message on USCIS website. Yet to see actual bulletin. Expecting some movement after looking at demand data. What a disappointment!

Based on Oct 2010, Oct 2011 & Jan 2012 inventories,
Sep 2012 Bullitin will move EB3I to Nov 7 2002 (approximately) rest will be in the next year(s) :(
I hope like everyone else (sending weekly letters to lawmakers) HR 3012 will pass through .. I think that will be only one hope if porting is not an option (not allowed in our comp) for people like me :)

EB3 I is in horrible situation. They have no option but to port to EB2.
In that case, no surprize if EB2 I will be retrogessed in next few months.
Only hope if H.R.3012 passes, then porting will be stopped and EB2 I will continue march toward 'CURRENT'.
I think we EB 2 I should start supporting H.R.3012 by taking Action Items as mentioned in one of thread.

better than EB2, right? :):) ... EB3 finally got something to cheer about ..... just kidding guys. I feel for you all EB3 folks and specially those who have been waiting several years. Hang in there buddies and if possible, port to EB2.

Sucks that there's been no movement for EB-2. The toxic combination of Fragomen - Big4 Consulting Firm starting with D messed up my first application. As a result, I have a priority date in July 2011 when it should have been a priority date somewhere in 2006 or 2007.
That said, I hope there is relief for EB-3 via reform.

Sorry, meant to say my priority date is July 2010, not July 2011.
