All,
I have had the GC for 7+ years and Me (and wife and Kids) had to move to my home country on a very short notice due to pressing family issues (parents health). Wife and Kids are USC.
It has been over 8 months now and I would be traveling back to apply for re-entry permit. Would want to get my Biometrics done and go back. We intend to stay in India for another 2 years and hopefully return back to US.
My Questions:
1. Can I apply from a different state than of my previous residence.
2. Is it possible to get Finger printing done in 3 weeks. If not, is it possible to do a walk-in?
3. Can I request expediting my Biometrics appointment?
Please advice.
