hi
in sept2010 my i94 expired my employer filed for extension before expiry but after eight months another employer was ready to transfer my h1 so i transfered. after that the first h1 got denied. i transfered h1 before denial. the new h1 got approved with i94 now after the 8 months of approved h1 transfer uscis says the approval was done by error
what should i do
will i be in valid status or not because of my i94
pls help
