H1 Revoke - Regaining working status

Hi,

Recently my Husband went to Mexico for Stamping with my daughter (who is dependent of my husband). Is H1 got revoked because of few things such as (LCA vs. W2 salary). Howz is going to employer's office which is PA from CA (where he works) from time-to-time and so on.
The Mexico immgration gave him a parol visa for 30 days.

Now how he can regain the status , please let me know.

Note: He as EB3 with i140 approved (dec 2010) and applied for EB2 port (feb 2012) which is in labour stage (we had query).

Please also let us know how our current situation affects GC processing.

With H1 amendment how much the chance is.

H1 has abosuletly nothing to do with GC.
Talk to good immigration lawyer, get H1B reinstated first. Then worry abt GC.

thanks for the suggestions.

We are plannig to do H1 amedment after stepping out to india.
(intermediate plan is to come as H4 and do h1 amendment)
