I submitted form I-485, form I-131 and I-765 together in the same pacakge to the Chicago Lockbox (based on family immigrant petition concurrent filing of I-130). The USCIS received the package last week of February 2012. I received email receipts and also NOAs (by postal mail on March 12 2012) for all forms except the I-765 Employment Authorization form.
I am considering several different possibilities, including wait for few more weeks and checking mail for the NOA receipt, sending in a new application for I-765 with a copy of I-485 attached to it and have even raised a USCIS service request. The bottomline appears to be that there is no record of the I-765 I submitted with my pakage, yet.
Any suggestions on the best way to proceed further without wasting much time.
