We have completed out FP. Our case is still showing as not found.

I tried calling the NSC customer service number but there is no option to speak to a rep??

That had happened to me for my I-140 receipt. I tried everything but, it never got inserted until the day of approval.

Don't worry much about that... I've seen quite a few people who had this happen to them.. the only time they'd be able to see it on CRIS is when it gets approved. It's new normal... Good luck!

My RD is a week later as yours, but I haven't received FP yet. It took three weeks for my case to appear online

Try calling USCIS national customer service center and they will open service request. it may help sometimes or they simply say that the case cannot be found.

As you received FP, your case will be processing and you will get all communications except the fact that you won't be able to see online. It may be couple of more weeks for the status to appear online or as the other post said, you will see when it is approved.

One clarification - my notice date is Feb 6th.

Also when I call the NSC which option to go to to say that my case is not found and to open an SR? All I get are automated responses
