Currently i'm working on H1B with Company A.
I-94 expires on 26th may 2012 .I need to file for extension very soon.
I got an offer from Company B and they started my H1 transfer(Premium) but got RFE.
Now i have decided to stay back with company A.
Q1. Is there any legal issue if i don't join Company B?
Q2. will "the RFE with Company B's H1" increase the chance of rejection of "extension of Company A's H1"?
