I need urgent advice.
I am in USA on H4 visa. I cam to USA 3 years ago on F2 visa and then changed status to H4 without stamping.
My wife is on H1 visa and her employer has filed I 140- EB2 INDIA on her behalf and is approved and we r waiting for the priority date to be current. She has her H1b stamping.
Now I got matched to medical residency and I only can get J1 visa.
1) If I go for stamping for my J1 visa, what r the chances of rejection considering my wife's approved I 140 and immigration intent?
2) if I apply for adjustment of status with in USA, what r my chances of Approval?
3) Will my J1 affect my wife's greencard processing or later on my greencard process if get the waiver?
Please reply. I am so much confused.
